I understand and agree that:

1. This registration does not include a paper publication fee.
2. An Additional Co-author registration does not replace the "paper submission fee" required for publication.
3. If you need to pay a paper submission fee, please use Authors / Check Status.
4. A co-author registration alone does not qualify a Full Paper for publication or presentation.

Includes: Conference participation. It DOES NOT include Conference Dinner. If you want to attend the conference dinner on Thursday, please select and pay: CONFERENCE DINNER — COMPANION.

3. Eligibility must be verified by the Organizing Committee.
4. Graduate students are not eligible for this rate.
5. This registration does not replace an Author registration required for paper publication.

Refund Conditions

• Paper publication deadline: October 14, 2026. Only Full Papers and Short Papers with at least one valid "submission fee/ full registration" will be published.
• Paper withdrawal: After October 14, papers with a completed publication payment cannot be withdrawn from the publication process.
• Paper cancellations: For papers, refund requests received through October 14, 2026 are eligible for reimbursement minus a USD 70 administrative fee. Refund processing may take up to 30 days.
• Other cancellations: Refund requests received through October 30, 2026 are eligible for reimbursement minus a USD 70 administrative fee. Refund processing may take up to 30 days. No refunds will be issued after October 31.
• Chargebacks: Credit-card chargebacks or payment reversals are subject to a USD 70 administrative fee.
• Credentials: Conference credentials will be printed using the name and presenter information entered during registration. Please verify all information before payment.
